Shipping & Returns
All products are carefully hand packaged, and start their journey from our farm in southwestern Michigan. Our selected partner for delivery of these products is UPS. We can deliver our products anywhere in the continental United States, but can not include Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. Additionally, we are unable to ship to post office boxes.
All deliveries are made via UPS & are Free. UPS delivery is made on weekdays (no weekends), excluding Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. You DO NOT need to be home for the package to be delivered. Please be sure to indicate the desired delivery date in the designated field which is presented during the check-out process. While approximately 98% of packages will be delivered on the scheduled date, the exact delivery date is not guaranteed. Please consult the above map to determine delivery time for your area. The day the tree leaves the farm, is NOT considered/counted as an "in transit" day.
